CHEF BERNARD CARMOUCHE
Trained in the south of France and a member of the Orlando Culinary Hall of Fame, Chef Bernard has called Orlando his home for over 15 years. He has worked with Emeril’s Restaurant for over 20 years at their New Orleans and Orlando locations, with his most recent position as the Corporate Chef. During his tenure, Chef Bernard has spent time with several local charities such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Light House Central Florida and Susan G Koman For The Cure.
CHEF LARRY SINIBALDI
Chef Larry Sinibaldi has lived in the Orlando area for over 20 years. He worked this way up through the Hilton Hotel Corporation, then Executive Chef at The Palm Restaurant for 11 years. During this time, Chef Larry has been involved with Orlando charities such as the Arnold Palmer Hospital, Pediatric Cancer Research and March of Dimes.
